Sravathi Continuous Innovation is hiring an experienced Senior Analytical Scientist to join its research and analytical development team in Bommasandra, Bangalore. This opportunity is ideal for analytical chemistry professionals with expertise in method development, analytical instrumentation, and laboratory operations within regulated pharmaceutical environments.
🔬 Key Responsibilities
* Develop and validate analytical methods using UPLC, HPLC, GC, Headspace GC, UV, FTIR, and titration techniques.
* Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and interpret data from LCMS and other analytical instruments.
* Perform wet chemical analysis, including Karl Fischer and potentiometric titrations.
* Support analytical activities for R&D projects with accurate and timely data generation.
* Maintain laboratory chemicals, reference standards, and analytical inventory.
* Develop qualitative and quantitative analytical methods using chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques.
* Ensure analytical data integrity and quality in compliance with GLP and cGMP requirements.
* Prepare SOPs, STPs, analytical reports, and method validation documentation.
* Support impurity characterization, API characterization, method development, and process analytical activities.
🛠️ Required Skills
* Hands-on experience with analytical method development and validation.
* Strong knowledge of analytical instrumentation, maintenance, and calibration.
* Excellent understanding of analytical chemistry principles and laboratory practices.
* Familiarity with statistical tools for analytical data evaluation.
* Strong documentation, reporting, and data interpretation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
