🚀 Exciting Career Opportunity | Formulation Development
FYND Talent Solutions is sharing an exciting opportunity for experienced pharmaceutical professionals in Formulation Development with a focus on Solid Oral Dosage Forms for regulated markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and optimize complex generic oral solid dosage formulations.
* Perform literature review and design formulation development strategies.
* Execute pre-formulation studies, excipient compatibility, and stability evaluations.
* Lead scale-up, technology transfer, and manufacturing troubleshooting activities.
* Develop modified-release and fixed-dose combination formulations.
* Prepare and maintain technical documentation including MFC, BMR, SMP, BOM, and QRM.
* Support bioequivalence-driven product development and optimization.
* Collaborate with QA, RA, and Manufacturing teams for successful product commercialization.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for regulated markets.
Required Skills
* Strong expertise in solid oral dosage formulation development.
* Experience in Wurster coating technology, pellets, and multiparticulate systems.
* Knowledge of QbD principles, risk assessment, and product development reports (PDR).
* Hands-on experience with technology transfer and process scale-up.
* Understanding of US, EU, and Canada regulatory guidelines.
* Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
