Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and optimize innovative food & beverage products
✅ Standardize recipes and formulation documentation
✅ Select suitable ingredients based on functionality and regulatory requirements
✅ Conduct bench trials, pilot trials, and scale-up activities
✅ Perform nutritional, stability, shelf-life, and sensory evaluations
✅ Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and food safety standards
