🔬 Key Responsibilities:
* Scientific literature search and patent review for product development.
* Design formulation strategies using QbD principles.
* Conduct pre-formulation studies and excipient/polymer screening.
* Plan and execute stability studies and analyze results.
* Prepare product development reports and technology transfer documentation.
* Support process optimization, exhibit batches, and product lifecycle activities.
* Prepare SOPs and ensure calibration of laboratory equipment.
✅ Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of pressure-sensitive adhesive/polymer chemistry.
* Experience in transdermal formulation development.
* Expertise in stability studies, QbD, process optimization, and technology transfer.
* Good documentation and scientific problem-solving skills.
