🔬 FR&D – Formulation Research & Development | Pharma & Life Sciences
An exciting opportunity for Formulation R&D professionals to join an R&D centre and contribute to the development and optimization of Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) products.
📍 Location: Hyderabad
🏢 Department: FR&D – Formulation Research & Development
🎓 Qualification: M.Pharm – Pharmaceutics / B.Pharm
💼 Experience: 0–5 Years
📌 Employment Type: Full-Time
🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Formulation development and optimization of OSD products.
* Conduct pre-formulation studies, API & excipient selection, and formulation trials.
* Work on Tablets, Capsules, IR/SR/ER formulations and Pellets.
* Apply QbD, risk assessment and DoE principles during development.
* Plan and evaluate stability studies as per ICH guidelines.
* Support scale-up, technology transfer and process validation activities.
* Prepare PDRs, protocols, technical reports and regulatory documentation.
* Coordinate with Analytical R&D, QA, RA and other cross-functional teams.
🔹 Required Skills
* Strong understanding of pharmaceutical formulation development.
* Knowledge of API/excipient selection and pre-formulation studies.
* Hands-on understanding of QbD, DoE and risk assessment.
* Knowledge of ICH stability requirements.
* Exposure to scale-up, technology transfer and process validation.
* Strong technical documentation and problem-solving skills.
* Exposure to regulated markets such as US, Europe and Canada is preferred.
