Job Purpose

The Project Management Professional will support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects related to API and FML manufacturing operations. The role involves ensuring timely project execution, cross-functional collaboration, and effective project tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with license teams and manufacturing sites for timely execution of licensed projects.
• Manage and coordinate new projects across API and FML business units.
• Prepare project trackers, progress reports, and meeting minutes (MOMs).
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.

Qualifications

• M.Pharm (Master of Pharmacy) or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• 0–2 years of experience in Project Management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Male candidates preferred as per the job advertisement.
