An exciting leadership opportunity with Herbalife India for experienced regulatory professionals looking to contribute to a globally recognized nutrition and wellness organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, AYUSH, Cosmetics, and Drugs & Cosmetics regulations
• Review product formulations, claims, labels, and packaging artwork for regulatory compliance
• Manage regulatory submissions, licensing activities, endorsements, and dossier preparation
• Collaborate with R&D, QA/QC, Scientific Affairs, Marketing, and Legal teams throughout product development and commercialization
• Review and approve promotional and marketing materials from a regulatory perspective
• Drive implementation of new regulatory requirements across the product portfolio
• Provide regulatory guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Sc / M.Sc (Food Technology or Life Sciences), B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or BAMS
• 10+ years of Regulatory Affairs experience in Food, Nutraceuticals, Ayurveda, Cosmetics, or Healthcare sectors
• Strong knowledge of FSSAI, AYUSH, Drugs & Cosmetics Act, BIS, and Codex regulations
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
