Key Highlights:
✅ Lead and mentor medical content development teams.
✅ Develop high-quality medical affairs content including manuscripts, congress posters, scientific presentations, literature reviews, medical education materials, slide decks, and digital content.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional global stakeholders across Medical Affairs, Publications, Compliance, Statistics, Graphics, and AI teams.
✅ Drive innovation through AI-enabled content development and digital transformation initiatives.
✅ Ensure scientific accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely project delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
🔹 Advanced degree (MS, MRes, M.Pharm, PharmD, MBBS/MD, or PhD)
🔹 Strong experience in Medical Communications, Scientific Writing, Medical Affairs, or Pharmaceutical Medicine
🔹 Leadership experience managing global medical communication projects
🔹 Expertise in scientific publications and medical content development
Preferred Skills:
✔️ Oncology, Vaccines, Internal Medicine, or Specialty Care expertise
✔️ Medical Publications & Scientific Communications leadership
✔️ Omnichannel content strategy
✔️ Global Medical Affairs experience
✔️ AI-enabled content development
