🔬 Key Responsibilities:
* Execute chemical synthesis at mg to gm scale using efficient synthetic routes.
* Perform purification and characterization of compounds using analytical techniques such as NMR and LCMS.
* Maintain laboratory safety, documentation, data integrity, and IP compliance.
* Handle automated synthesis and purification systems.
* Maintain Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN) and ensure accurate experimental records.
