* Lead end-to-end biosimilar projects from development to commercialization
* Manage upstream, downstream, and analytical process development activities
* Oversee purification, process optimization, technology transfer, and documentation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution
* Support regulatory documentation, validation, and process scale-up activities
Required Skills:
✔️ Strong expertise in biologics and biosimilar development
✔️ Hands-on experience in protein purification, chromatography, and analytical techniques
✔️ Knowledge of recombinant protein production and downstream processing
✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
