Key Requirements:
✔️ Experience in formulation development of solid oral, liquid, and semi-solid dosage forms
✔️ Strong knowledge of pre-formulation studies, drug delivery systems, and stability studies
✔️ Experience in scale-up, process optimization, and technology transfer
✔️ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, QA, and Regulatory Affairs
✔️ Strong problem-solving and formulation troubleshooting skills
