Key Responsibilities
* Execute technology transfer activities from R&D to commercial manufacturing.
* Support product scale-up and process validation.
* Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Quality teams for successful product commercialization.
* Ensure smooth manufacturing transfer while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.
* Drive process improvements and resolve technology transfer challenges.
Eligibility
* Experience in the Cosmetics / Personal Care Industry is mandatory.
* Strong understanding of technology transfer, manufacturing processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
