If you have hands-on experience in protein purification, chromatography techniques, and analytical testing, this role offers an excellent platform to contribute to innovative life sciences research.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation and maintenance of stock solutions and working buffers.
* Purification of recombinant proteins using chromatography techniques such as HIC, IEX, IMAC, and preparative HPLC.
* Perform ultrafiltration and diafiltration processes using different molecular weight cut-off cassettes.
* Conduct analysis of in-process and finished product samples using HPLC.
* Maintain laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
* Support data management, report preparation, and laboratory notebook documentation.
Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of protein purification and chromatography techniques.
* Hands-on experience with HPLC and analytical laboratory procedures.
* Understanding of filtration technologies and bioprocess workflows.
* Good documentation practices and data management skills.
* Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
