Key Responsibilities:
* Connect with prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
* Counsel students on healthcare training programs and career opportunities.
* Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions.
* Build strong relationships with students and achieve monthly targets.
* Maintain lead records and coordinate with internal teams.
Required Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office.
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
* English and Hindi are mandatory; Kannada is an added advantage, and Marathi is preferred.
