Lyfius Pharma Private Limited is conducting a Walk-in Drive for experienced professionals to join its API Division at the Greenfield manufacturing facility in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with expertise in fermentation production and large-scale manufacturing operations.
Experience
* 2–10 years of relevant experience in fermentation production.
* Experience in upstream fermentation processes and handling large-scale fermentation equipment is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute and monitor fermentation production activities.
* Operate and maintain large-scale fermentation equipment.
* Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
* Maintain production documentation and batch records.
* Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Engineering teams.
* Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
* Knowledge of fermentation technology and API manufacturing.
* Experience in upstream production processes.
* Understanding of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
* Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
* Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
