Xavion Lifesciences LLC is looking for an experienced pharmaceutical professional to join its Formulation Development team in Bengaluru.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong experience in sterile product development, complex generics, scale-up, technology transfer, and regulated markets, particularly those interested in working on products targeting the US market.

🎓 Qualification: M.Pharm
💼 Experience: 5–7 Years
💰 CTC: As per company standards
🔬 Key Responsibilities
* Lead formulation development, optimization, scale-up and technology transfer activities for sterile products
* Develop and support formulations including Microspheres, Peptides, Ophthalmic Suspensions, Ophthalmic Solutions and Oral Solutions
* Conduct scientific literature and patent research
* Perform stability studies and support QbD-based formulation development
* Plan and execute exhibit batches
* Support regulatory filings, due diligence documentation and process development activities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manufacturing sites to ensure successful technology transfer and scale-up
✅ Must-Have Skills
✔️ M.Pharm with 5–7 years of formulation development experience
✔️ Strong expertise in sterile product development for regulated markets
✔️ Hands-on experience in scale-up and technology transfer
✔️ Experience with advanced formulation development equipment
✔️ Strong scientific and analytical problem-solving abilities
✔️ Excellent communication skills
✔️ Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites
⭐ Preferred Experience
Experience in PLGA-based Microsphere Injections and Peptide Formulations would be an added advantage.
Equipment exposure: IKA High Shear Homogenizer, GEA Panda, Avestin Emulsiflex C5 and Microfluidizer (Microfluidics).
