FYND Talent Solutions is pleased to share an exciting opportunity for experienced pharmaceutical professionals in Formulation Development. If you have expertise in developing solid oral, ophthalmic, or topical formulations and are passionate about pharmaceutical innovation, this role could be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and optimize solid oral, ophthalmic, and topical formulations.
* Conduct pre-formulation studies, excipient compatibility, and formulation strategy selection.
* Design experiments using Quality by Design (QbD) principles.
* Execute trial batches, scale-up activities, and technology transfer.
* Prepare development reports, protocols, batch records, and SOPs.
* Support process optimization, troubleshooting, and yield improvement.
* Collaborate with Analytical, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and Production teams.
* Assist in exhibit batches, stability studies, and regulatory documentation.
* Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and applicable regulatory requirements.
* Participate in internal, regulatory, and customer audits.
Required Skills
* Strong expertise in formulation development for pharmaceutical products.
* Knowledge of QbD, pre-formulation, and excipient compatibility studies.
* Experience in scale-up and technology transfer activities.
* Understanding of cGMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance.
* Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
