Key Responsibilities

* Manage pharmaceutical development projects from initiation to successful completion.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Formulation, Analytical, Regulatory Affairs, and Technology Transfer.
* Develop and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
* Prepare project proposals, MIS reports, and technical documentation.
* Track project progress using Gantt charts and project management tools.
* Conduct project review meetings, identify risks, and ensure timely execution.
* Collaborate with external partners, including Bioequivalence (BE) centers, for seamless project delivery.
* Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

* Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Excellent planning, communication, and organizational skills.
* Experience in pharmaceutical formulation development and technology transfer.
* Understanding of regulatory requirements and CMC documentation in drug product development.
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external collaborators.
