Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct scientific literature reviews, patent searches, and innovation assessments to support product development.
* Plan, design, and execute formulation development experiments.
* Support product development activities related to licensing and regulatory approvals.
* Prepare technical documentation including Development Study Protocols, Master Formula (MF), MPS, PDR, CPD, QTPP, FMEA, SDS, and other development records.
* Participate in scale-up, exhibit batches, and technology transfer activities for successful commercialization.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient product development.
