Key Responsibilities
* Receive and understand technology from the Formulation R&D team.
* Optimize process parameters and participate in R&D trials.
* Execute technology transfer activities for commercial manufacturing.
* Monitor demonstration, exhibit, and scale-up batches.
* Review product, raw material, equipment, and manufacturing documentation.
* Support batch size optimization and scale-up factor calculations.
* Prepare scale-up protocols, reports, sampling plans, and risk assessments.
* Coordinate exhibit batches and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
* Investigate deviations, OOS/OOT observations, and support regulatory query responses.
Required Skills
* Strong understanding of formulation technology transfer and scale-up activities.
* Experience in process optimization and commercial batch execution.
* Knowledge of cGMP documentation and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
