Key Responsibilities

* Lead API process research and development activities.
* Drive route scouting and route selection for API processes.
* Oversee process optimization and laboratory process development.
* Manage technology transfer activities.
* Lead pilot-plant and commercial-scale validation.
* Ensure process validation at laboratory and plant scale.
* Drive cost reduction and yield improvement initiatives.
* Lead R&D teams and manage cross-functional projects.

Required Expertise

✅ Strong experience in API Process R&D
✅ Expertise in process development and optimization
✅ Experience in technology transfer and scale-up
✅ Knowledge of pilot-plant and commercial manufacturing processes
✅ Experience with process validation
✅ Strong team leadership and project management capabilities

Preferred Experience

⭐ 12–20 years of experience in API Process R&D
⭐ Proven track record in developing and commercializing API processes
⭐ Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory requirements, and technology transfer
⭐ Experience leading multidisciplinary R&D teams
