Key Responsibilities
✔️ Develop and optimize food formulations and ingredient applications.
✔️ Conduct bench-scale, pilot-scale, and scale-up product trials.
✔️ Evaluate ingredient functionality, dough and batter performance, and product quality.
✔️ Perform analytical testing, validation, and product performance assessments.
✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and commercially viable food solutions.
