Job Summary

To perform the analysis of In-process samples, ECVR samples, Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Intermediates, and Finished Products on a need basis as per established procedures in the QC & AO department at Apotex Pharmachem India Pvt. Ltd.

Job Responsibilities

Analytical & Sampling Duties

Perform analysis of In-process samples, ECVR samples, Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Intermediates, and Finished Products as per training qualifications.
Handle sampling of Packing Materials, Raw Materials, Intermediates, and Finished Products.
Conduct sampling and analysis of DM (Demineralized) and MilliQ water.
Update Release/Rejected labels.
Monitor and ensure temperature compliance for all chambers as per requirements.
Prepare reagent solutions, volumetric solutions, and handle standardization.

Compliance, Safety & Laboratory Upkeep

Maintain laboratory cleanliness, ensuring strict compliance with good laboratory and safety practices.
Work in a safe manner, collaborating effectively as a team member to achieve all outcomes.
Adhere to the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) policy and procedures in routine activities.
Involve in EHS-related activities on a need basis.
Ensure personal adherence to all compliance programs including Global Business Ethics, Quality, Safety, Environment, and HR policies.
Demonstrate behaviors that exhibit organizational values: Collaboration, Courage, Perseverance, and Passion.

Job Requirements

Education

Minimum Master’s Degree in Science.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Quality Control department.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong motivational skills allowing you to function independently as well as a proven ability to motivate others.
Demonstrated ability to make decisions, solve, and troubleshoot problems based on analysis, experience, and judgment.
Excellent understanding of business and supporting technology related to the Pharmaceutical industry.
