Location: Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology
Experience: Freshers or 6–12 months of relevant NPD experience
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
* Support R&D and new product development activities for nutrition bars
* Assist with food product formulation and development
* Participate in product trials and optimization activities
* Support evaluation of product performance and quality
* Contribute to innovation and development of new nutrition products
* Maintain development-related documentation and records
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams during product development and trials
Required Skills
* Knowledge of food formulation and product development
* Understanding of nutrition-bar development processes
* Basic knowledge of product trials and optimization
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Good documentation and communication skills
* Passion for food technology, innovation, and R&D
