🎓 Qualification
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
* Internship or industrial experience in formulation/product development is an added advantage

💼 Key Responsibilities
* Develop innovative baby care formulations including creams, lotions, shampoos, and cleansers
* Conduct laboratory trials, prototype development, and product evaluation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Packaging, Quality, Process Development, and Consumer Science
* Prepare technical reports, presentations, and formulation documentation
* Support product scale-up, risk assessment, and commercialization activities
* Ensure high standards of product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
