Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations for solid and semisolid dosage forms.
* Conduct pre-formulation studies and compatibility assessments.
* Execute formulation trials, scale-up activities, and technology transfer.
* Prepare technical documentation and support regulatory compliance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development.
