🔑 Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Formulation Development (FDD), Analytical Development (ADD), Packaging Development (PDD), Production, Engineering, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Business Development, and Project Management for timely execution of new projects.
* Plan, monitor, and support the execution of trial batches, exhibit batches, scale-up/characterization batches, and process qualification batches.
* Prepare and review key product development documents such as Material Requirement Sheets (MRS), Master Formula Cards (MFC), Bill of Materials (BOM), Risk Assessment Reports, Scale-up Protocols & Reports, Trial Batch Manufacturing Records, Exhibit Protocols, and related documentation.
