Key Responsibilities
* Develop sterile injectable oncology formulations, including lyophilized, liquid sterile, and ready-to-use (RTU) products.
* Design and execute formulation development strategies for generic and differentiated products.
* Perform pre-formulation studies and compatibility evaluations.
* Develop robust manufacturing processes and support scale-up activities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and technology transfer.
* Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Preferred Product Experience
* Cytotoxic Injectables
* High-Potent Oncology Formulations
* Lyophilized Sterile Products
* Liquid Sterile Injectables
* Complex Injectable Dosage Forms
Required Skills
* Expertise in sterile injectable formulation development.

* Experience in process optimization and technology transfer.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional R&D environment.
