Required Skills
* Strong expertise in OSD formulation development.
* Hands-on experience in technology transfer and scale-up activities.
* Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines.
* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
