Join a leading pharmaceutical organization and take the next step in your career in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) Formulation Development. We are looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about pharmaceutical research, formulation innovation, and product development.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and optimize oral solid dosage formulations.
* Conduct pre-formulation studies and compatibility assessments.
* Execute formulation trials and scale-up activities.
* Prepare technical documentation, development reports, and SOPs.
* Collaborate with Analytical, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Production teams.
* Troubleshoot formulation and process-related challenges.
* Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills
* Strong expertise in OSD formulation development.
* Hands-on experience in formulation optimization and process development.
* Knowledge of excipient selection, QbD principles, and stability studies.
* Familiarity with technology transfer and regulatory documentation.
* Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
