Key Responsibilities
✔️ Lead technology transfer activities from R&D to manufacturing.
✔️ Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, QA, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Engineering.
✔️ Prepare and manage technology transfer documentation and protocols.
✔️ Support process scale-up, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
✔️ Ensure compliance with quality standards and smooth knowledge transfer.
