Orange Petal Consulting is hiring Sr. Executive – Formulation R&D (Injectables) for an exciting opportunity in Chennai. If you have hands-on experience in injectable formulation development and are passionate about pharmaceutical innovation, this role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development of complex sterile products.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform pre-formulation and formulation development activities for injectable dosage forms.
* Support technology transfer activities and manufacturing scale-up.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, QC, RA, and ARD.
* Prepare formulation development documents, protocols, MFRs, and MPRs.
* Handle bench-scale, pilot-scale, and scale-up batches.
* Conduct literature reviews, QbD activities, and Design of Experiments (DoE).
* Maintain project documentation and support regulatory submissions.
* Work closely with manufacturing and CMO teams during product development.

Preferred Skills

* Experience in injectable formulation development.
* Knowledge of sterile manufacturing processes.
* Familiarity with technology transfer and scale-up activities.
* Understanding of QbD and DoE principles.
* Strong documentation and communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
