💼 Experience: Relevant experience in Pharmaceutical BD / In-Licensing
🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets.
* Identify suitable products and companies for in-licensing, co-development and strategic partnerships.
* Build and maintain relationships with pharma companies, distributors, licensors and business partners.
* Evaluate product portfolios, licensing opportunities and potential partnerships.
* Lead commercial discussions, negotiations and deal structuring.
* Coordinate with Regulatory, R&D, Quality, Legal and Supply Chain teams.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
* Drive business development and licensing targets.
🎯 Candidate Profile
✔️ Experience in Pharmaceutical Business Development / In-Licensing
✔️ Strong exposure to US, European & UK markets
✔️ Understanding of pharmaceutical formulations and regulatory requirements
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
✔️ Strong international business network will be an added advantage
