Axxelent Pharma Science Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced professionals to join our Formulation Development team.
📍 Location: IIT Madras Research Park, Taramani, Chennai
🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Formulation development for sterile (injectables) and non-sterile dosage forms
* Design, development and optimization of formulations from concept to scale-up
* Preparation of development protocols, batch records, reports and regulatory documents
* Troubleshooting formulation and process-related challenges
* Collaboration with cross-functional teams
* Ensuring compliance with cGMP, ICH and regulatory requirements
* Supporting technology transfer, scale-up and continuous improvement
🔹 Key Skills
* Strong knowledge of formulation principles, excipients and drug delivery systems
* Experience in sterile/injectable and non-sterile product development
* Hands-on experience in scale-up, process optimization and technology transfer
* Knowledge of USFDA, EMA and ICH guidelines
* Strong technical writing and documentation skills
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
🎓 Qualification: Ph.D. / M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Tech Pharmaceutical Technology / B.Tech Pharmaceutical Technology
💼 Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in formulation development
