FYND Talent Solutions is excited to partner with Genvicure Therapeutics to identify an experienced Formulation Head for their Pharmaceutical R&D team in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and commercialization of complex generic pharmaceutical products (Oral Solids & Injectables)
• Drive formulation strategy, innovation, and technical problem-solving
• Lead reverse engineering of RLD products
• Implement QbD, DoE, PAT, and IVIVC approaches
• Manage bioequivalence risk assessment and mitigation
• Support regulatory submissions and CTD documentation
• Lead technology transfer, scale-up, and commercialization activities
• Manage CDMO partnerships and cross-functional scientific teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Ph.D. / M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics
• Expertise in Advanced Drug Delivery Systems
• Strong knowledge of QbD, DoE, PAT & IVIVC
• Experience in CTD authoring and regulatory submissions (US, EU, ROW)
