Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cGMP compliance and safety systems in manufacturing operations
• Operate manufacturing equipment as per approved SOPs
• Attend and participate in cGMP and safety training programs
• Execute batch manufacturing activities as per written instructions and BPR/BCR requirements
• Record process activities, equipment usage, and operational data accurately
• Perform day-to-day manufacturing activities under the guidance of senior personnel

Core Competencies

• Basic understanding of cGMP requirements
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain documentation standards
• Interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations
