FYND Talent Solutions is hiring on behalf of a leading Chemical & Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company for the position of Purchase Executive based in Mumbai.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical procurement / purchasing
• Strong expertise in procurement of Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM)
• Pharma industry experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) with vendors
• Coordinate with suppliers for delivery schedules and confirmations
• Handle material quality concerns, returns, and replacements for QC-rejected goods
• Follow up on Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and vendor payments
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Ensure timely procurement and uninterrupted supply of materials

Ideal Candidate

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Experience in RM & PM sourcing within pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Good understanding of procurement processes and supply chain operations
