Passed 10+2 from a recognized Board or University.
Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy from an institution recognized by Central or State Government.
Registered as a “PHARMACIST” under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.

ASI (X-Ray Technician)

Passed 10+2 from a recognized Board or University.
2-year Diploma in Radiography from an institution recognized by Central or State Government.

ASI (Lab Technician)

Passed 10+2 from a recognized Board or University with Science.
2-year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from an institution recognized by Central or State Government.

Age calculated as on 07 July 2026. Relaxation: +5 yrs SC/ST | +3 yrs OBC.
