Combining unmatched experience across more than 40 industries, 784,000 people deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity every day, serving clients in more than 120 countries.

What Would You Do?

You will be aligned with the Life Sciences R&D vertical, under the Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance sub-offering — helping the world’s leading biopharma companies improve outcomes by converging around the patient and connecting scientific expertise with unique insights into the patient experience.

Pharmacovigilance Operations involve monitoring and assessing the safety of pharmaceutical products — detecting, evaluating, and preventing adverse effects or drug-related problems. This includes collecting and analyzing data from clinical trials, healthcare providers, and patients, and ensuring medications are safe for patients in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
  • Create and manage case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for ICSRs in the safety database as per client guidelines and applicable global regulatory requirements.
  • Work within your own team under direct supervisor guidance; receive detailed-to-moderate instruction on daily tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
  • Contribute as an individual team member within a predetermined, focused scope of work.
  • Work in rotational shifts as required.

Qualification

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

Experience

1 to 3 years | Skill: Pharmacovigilance Operations & Drug Safety Surveillance
