An exciting opportunity is available for experienced formulation development professionals to lead innovative R&D programs for oral solid and liquid dosage forms targeting global markets. If you have expertise in formulation development, QbD, regulatory documentation, and cross-functional project leadership, this could be your next career move
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead formulation R&D for oral solid and liquid dosage forms, including NCEs and generic products for global markets.
* Drive pre-formulation studies, Proof of Concept (PoC), and Quality by Design (QbD)-based product development.
* Manage project planning, execution, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
* Prepare and review regulatory development documents, including product development reports and technology transfer documentation.
* Support Chemistry, Manufacturing & Controls (CMC) activities and regulatory responses.
* Ensure compliance with global regulatory guidelines, including ICH, FDA, and EMA requirements.
Required Skills:
* Strong expertise in formulation development for oral solid and liquid dosage forms.
* Knowledge of powder characterization and material properties.
* Experience in QbD, PoC studies, and regulatory documentation.
* Familiarity with CMC documentation and technology transfer activities.
* Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Experience with injectable product development will be an added advantage.
