An exciting opportunity is available for experienced Regulatory Affairs professionals with expertise in the LATAM market. If you have a strong background in regulatory strategy, product registrations, lifecycle management, and CTD/eCTD dossier submissions, this role offers the chance to lead regulatory operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor the Regulatory Affairs team.
* Manage product registrations, renewals, variations, and lifecycle activities across LATAM markets.
* Prepare, review, and submit CTD/eCTD dossiers as per country-specific regulations.
* Monitor evolving regulatory guidelines and ensure compliance.
* Collaborate with R&D, QA, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Business Development teams.
* Support new product launches by driving regulatory strategies.
Required Skills:
* Extensive experience in Regulatory Affairs with LATAM market exposure.
* Strong knowledge of CTD/eCTD dossier preparation and submissions.
* Expertise in lifecycle management, product registrations, renewals, and variations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
