📍 Position: Manager / Senior Manager – Formulation R&D
🎓 Qualification: M.Pharm / Ph.D.
📅 Experience: 10–12 Years (Relevant Experience)

BioPlus Life Sciences is looking for experienced professionals to join its Formulation Research & Development team.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead the scientific design and development of differentiated pharmaceutical formulations and advanced drug delivery systems.
🔹 Integrate early Intellectual Property (IP) strategy into formulation development to create innovative and patentable products.
🔹 Drive innovation by identifying white-space opportunities and developing novel formulation and process concepts.
🔹 Generate robust experimental data to support composition, process, and use patent claims.
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development from concept to commercialization.
🔹 Mentor and guide R&D teams while ensuring timely project execution and regulatory compliance.

Desired Skills:

✅ Strong expertise in formulation development and drug delivery systems.
✅ Experience in patent strategy, innovation, and intellectual property-driven product development.
✅ Hands-on knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation technologies and process optimization.
