Kawman Pharma, a division of K.P. Manish Global Ingredients Pvt. Ltd., is expanding its Synthesis R&D team and is looking for experienced professionals to join its API Research & Development division.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead and execute API synthesis research and process development projects
🔹 Develop and optimize synthetic routes for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs)
🔹 Perform process optimization, scale-up, and technology transfer activities
🔹 Ensure proper documentation and compliance with quality and safety standards
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and commercialization
Desired Skills:
✅ Strong expertise in API Synthesis R&D
✅ Hands-on experience in organic synthesis and process development
✅ Knowledge of laboratory safety, documentation, and regulatory requirements
✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills
